  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
  • 24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:
  • In the rare event that we need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen reasons, you will be given a full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Only Tourism LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
  • Every effort will be made to provide an alternative or reschedule the tour.

  • It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point.
  • Any damage caused by a guest to vehicles or property will be the responsibility of the guest.

  • Only Tourism LLC will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any participant unless due to our gross negligence.
